Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain. International shipping is available to select countries — please refer to our checkout page to see if your destination is eligible.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Local Delivery (Bahrain): 1
GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or customs delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Bahrain: Flat fee of BHD 1 or free on orders above BHD 15.
GCC & International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation and applicable restocking or re-delivery fees.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority for details.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Restricted Products

Due to shipping regulations, some items (e.g., alcohol-based perfumes) may not be eligible for international delivery. We will notify you if your order includes restricted items.
