How to use: Shake well. Hold the mist approximately 6–8 inches away from the skin and spray evenly over exposed areas such as the face, neck, arms, and legs. Gently pat if needed for quicker absorption. Reapply every 2 hours and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. 
